Bridgewater - located in Cane Creek Valley in Fairview, NC

Mini Farms & Acreage

We have large tracts (minimum 3 acres) with existing ponds, lakes, meadows, and hiking trails suitable for development as a mini farm (gentlemen's farm) or ranch. Also suitable as an investment.

See our Mini Farm sites in Cane Creek Meadows, Ashbrook, Bridgewater and Greenville.

Residential Homes

It's all about Balance.

"If you'll listen - the land will speak for itself.

We feel that in dealing with the issues of continued growth, quality of life and conservation play a huge part in how land can be developed. The more we apply these ideals - the more people we meet who feel the same way we do." Bill Taylor

Taylor Land & Cattle Company is more than land and more than cattle.
Through the use of conservation easements and restrictions we specialize in the development of large tracts of acreage into lifestyle communities and ranches.  We also carefully select and purchase large tracts of acreage which we grade and then protect the natural elements through conservation easements and restrictions for sale to those who wish to continue the preservation process as owners.

We live our beliefs about growth in our own lives. Bill Taylor started Taylor Land & Cattle Company as a working longhorn cattle and horse ranch.  He developed his own property into an outdoor event venue, Taylor Ranch, maintaining the pristine views, valleys, lakes and grounds to be shared with others.  He continues to purchase other properties as a good steward of the land, putting in conservation easements and restrictions that maintain the natural flora, fauna, wildlife and beauty of the land.

Our mission is to leave behind a legacy of land for our family, neighbors and community.  As Bill Taylor puts it, "We're not developers, we're neighbors."  The Taylors have been in the western North Carolina region since the early 1900s and have helped to form its geographic structure.  Click here to learn more about the History of Taylor Land & Cattle Company.
